1. 2. In terms of magnetic force, there are normally two ways to increase the magnetism of neodymium iron boron magnets. One is to increase the size, and the other is to increase the material grade. If it is a small size, the effect of changing the size on the magnetic force is very obvious.

3. If there are requirements for the tolerances of NdFeB magnets, you must specifically indicate and communicate. If the working environment is very warm or abnormal, you also need to communicate with the strong magnet manufacturer, because the N series of strong magnets have temperature resistance Both are less than 80 degrees Celsius. Exceeding this operating temperature will damage or demagnetize. In addition, if it is a special-shaped product, it is necessary to provide a drawing evaluation, because the processability of the NdFeB magnet is not as good as the hardware product, and many ideas may not be realized.


There are two common ways to strengthen the magnetic properties of NdFeB magnets: from the two aspects of size and material.

1. Dimensions: If the contact area is large and the thickness is relatively thin, increasing the thickness of the magnet will have a great effect on increasing the magnetism. If the contact area is small and the thickness is relatively thick, increasing the contact area of the magnet will directly change the magnetic force.

2. In terms of the material of the magnet, NdFeB magnets are divided into many material grades. If the material is not the best, and there is no way to change the size of the magnet in terms of space, you can try to change the magnet material grade.
